berlin’s east side gallery – it’s happened in november

This photo is showing only a very small section of above mentions Graffiti Gallery in Berlin.
With 105 separate paintings, it is the largest open air art gallery in the world. All paintings are on an old section of the Berlin Wall.

This painting in particular, made by Kani Alavi, is named “It’s happened in November” and shows East Berlin people pushing through open gates once the Berlin Wall fell in November 1989.
